Some of the yoga exercises may seem unusual at first. Don't set too high expectations for yourself before your first class. Over time, the coordination of the body will become more natural and the harmony of breath and movement will also improve. You don't have to be flexible and limber to begin yoga. What is important is time and patience with yourself. If during the class your breath becomes labored or something hurts, gently end the practice and assume a relaxed posture while sitting or lying down. Breaks are always allowed with us! Talk to us after class about any questions or difficulties that have arisen.

What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothing that is not constricting yet not too loose, allowing enough room for movement while also not slipping too much. Yoga is practiced barefoot. There are sufficient yoga mats ( cleaning fee €1) and equipment for the practice. For hygienic reasons we recommend to bring your own mat.
