During the pregnancy

Prenatal Yoga & Pilates
Monday 5 - 6pm, Wednesday 4 - 5pm, Saturday & Sunday 7 - 8pm

This gentle yet empowering combination of yoga and Pilates supports you safely and effectively through every stage of your pregnancy – whether you already have experience or are just beginning.

Gentle breathing exercises and meditations calm both body and mind, deepening the connection with your baby. From yoga, Marlene incorporates targeted asanas that strengthen your muscles, create space for your organs and your growing baby, and stimulate the lymphatic system. From Pilates, she adds controlled, functional movements that especially strengthen your shoulders, arms, back, legs, and pelvic floor, improve posture, and support joint health.

This combination enhances body awareness in all trimesters and promotes your emotional well-being. It allows you to feel comfortable and supported while enjoying this special time in a strong, healthy body – with mindfulness and joy for this unique chapter of life.

Prenatal Barre
Thursday 4 - 5pm

The class combines gentle elements of ballet, Pilates, and functional training – specially adapted to the needs of expectant mothers.

Through controlled, flowing movements, we strengthen your legs, back, arms, and pelvic floor, promote an upright posture, and improve your body awareness. At the same time, you’ll be part of a supportive community of women walking the same path as you.

After the Pregnancy

6 - 8 weeks after the birth you can start with your practice. Please consult your doctor!

Mama-Baby Postnatal Yoga&Pilates
Tuesday 10:30 - 11:30am

Through structured exercise sequences you will improve your muscle tone and stability. Pelvic floor and abdomen will be strengthened, and tension in your back and shoulders will be released.  Your baby is welcome to join you!

Postnatal Workshop
Saturday, 25. April 2026 16:00 - 18:30

This Workshop will prepare you for the time after your pregnancy.
