As the season shifts and the air turns crisp, it's the perfect time to let go of what no longer serves and return to center. Core Reset – Fall Edition is a dynamic, mixed-modality class designed to strengthen your body, elevate your energy, and support deep, seasonal recalibration.
We'll begin with intentional Pilates-based core work to build stability and awareness from the inside out. Next, we'll elevate the heart rate with energizing, low-impact cardio sequences to boost circulation and awaken the body. Finally, the class will wind down with grounding and restorative yin yoga postures that invite deep release.
Aligned with the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) themes of fall, we'll tune into the Metal element—associated with the lungs and large intestine, clarity, breath, and the art of letting go. You'll leave feeling both grounded and uplifted, with a renewed sense of balance and space for what’s next.
