Workshops with international yoga teachers at yogakula

I confirm that I have read and understood the terms and conditions.

1. Registration - The registration is binding once the deposit is transferred.

2. Conclusion of contract - Registration for the workshop is valid upon submission of deposit fee.

3. Cancellation Policy - The amount paid for the training is refundable as follows:
Cancellation 2 months before the workshop: 50% refund;
Cancellation 1 month before the workshop: 25% refund;
Cancellation less than 1 month before the workshop: no refund.

4. Liability - Participation in the workshop is at your own risk. General health is a prerequisite for participation. If you have special problems, such as physical ailments, previous operations or problems during pregnancy, please discuss your intention to participate with your doctor beforehand. Liability on our part for personal injury, property damage and financial loss is excluded. We are liable for the proper functioning of the furnishings provided by us. However, we are not liable for damage to health suffered by workshop participants as a result of participating in the training offered, nor for accidents that are their own fault. We assume no liability for property and valuables brought along.

5. By signing the registration form, the training participants give their consent that photographs or film recordings made during the courses may be used in audiovisual or print media without remuneration and without any time or space limitations. The participants do not acquire any rights to the use of property rights, course names or advertising material for the respective course.

6. Severability clause - If individual parts of the terms and conditions are ineffective, the validity of the others is not affected. In this case, the parties recognize the valid regulation that comes closest to the content of the regulation intention of the ineffective component.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE PROGRAM?

You can now sign up by sending an email to training@yogakula.at. A deposit fee is due upon enrollment to hold your spot. 150 Euros per Workshop and 500 Euros for the Training. Your payment is due in full by the early registration date in order to receive the Early Bird discounted rate. Full payment is required a month before the start of the program unless a payment plan has been previously arranged.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO BE A TEACHER?

No problem! Our 300 hour training is ideal for those who want to delve deeper into the study of yoga, and to improve their own practice. It’s also great for students who simply want to have a transformational experience and to be a part of our thriving Yoga Community.

I HAVE AN INJURY/SPECIAL CONDITION – CAN I TAKE THIS COURSE?

We recommend that you check with your physician first to make sure you are able to take the class. With your doctor’s permission and release, minor physical limitations can also serve as helpful demonstrations to learn to work with students with similar limitations.

CAN I TAKE THIS TRAINING IF I’M PREGNANT?

We have had pregnant students in our programs. It all depends on how you are feeling. All students should first check with their doctor to make sure they are clear to take this training.

WHAT IS YOGAWORKS TEACHER TRAINING CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?

A deposit is due upon enrollment to hold your spot. Full payment is required a month before the start of the program. If you cancel 30 days or more before the start of the program you will forfeit 5% of your deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded. If you cancel 14-30 days before of the start of the program, you will forfeit your entire deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded.

These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within 14 days before the start of the program or do not attend the program, the entire deposit and program tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the program begins the program tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

I TOOK A 200 HOUR TRAINING WITH ANOTHER SCHOOL. CAN I TAKE THIS 300 HOUR COURSE?

Yes! We do recommend to purchase the 200 H manual for 25 Euros to bring all students on the same level.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO TAKE THE TRAINING?

You must be at least 16 years old to take the teacher training. If you are between 16 and 18 years old it is required that we receive a written consent from your legal guardian 30 days before the start of the training.

DO YOU HELP ORGANIZE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR TRAVELLING STUDENTS?

We do not organize accommodations for our Studio Teacher Trainings, but Air BnB or Booking.com are great sources for finding short-term housing.

ARE ANY BOOKS AND MATERIALS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE TRAININGS?

All Teacher Training Manuals are included, but you might have to purchase additional required books. The teachers of the individual modules will let you know in advance if you need to purchase anything.

HOW MANY STUDENTS ARE ENROLLED IN EACH TEACHER TRAINING AT ONE TIME?

We typically have 10-20 individuals in our trainings.
