In the morning, the body is naturally stiff from sleep. Yoga awakens the muscles, joints, and spine. Through simple movements your fascia, ligaments and muscles will get rid of tensions and support you better through the day.

Weekly 60 Minutes Morning Yoga classes:

Morning Yoga: Wednesday & Friday 7:30 - 8:30

Functional Yoga: Tuesday & Thursday 7:30 - 8:30

Online Morning Yoga:

Hybrid mode Tuesday through Friday: the studio classes are also live streamed. You can participate via zoom in real time, or practice with the recording in our online library, available within one week after the class.
