In our Yoga, Pilates and Barre Prenatal classes you can expect powerful sequences that will guide and support you safely through every stage of your pregnancy - whether you already have experience or are just starting out.
Weekly Prenatal Yoga&Pilates classes
- Sunday 19:00 - 20:00
- Monday 17:00 - 18:00
- Wednesday 16:00 - 17:00
Deepen connection to your baby with breathing exercises and meditation. Special yoga exercises strengthen your muscles, create more space for your organs and your baby, and stimulate the lymphatic system. Pilates adds controlled, functional movements that particularly strengthen your shoulders, arms, back, legs, and pelvic floor, improve your posture, and stabilize your joints.
This combination supports your body awareness in all trimesters and promotes your emotional well-being. You will feel more comfortable in a strong, healthy body - with plenty of mindfulness and joy about this special phase in your life.
Weekly Prenatal Barre class
- Thursday 16:00 - 17:00
Experience pregnancy and childbirth with greater confidence, ease, and serenity.
Gentle elements from ballet, Pilates, and functional training are specially adapted to the needs of future motherhood.
Through controlled, flowing movements, we strengthen the legs, back, arms, and pelvic floor, promote good posture, and improve your body awareness. Whether you already have experience or are completely new to barre, this class is suitable for every expectant mother.
