I was introduced to yoga in my twenties by my 83 year old teacher and knew at once that yoga would be a practice I would embrace for the rest of my life.

In 2001, I decided to make a full commitment to yoga and have been teaching since 2005.

I believe that every time that you step on a mat, or sit in meditation, or move towards an inner quiet is an opportunity to learn something new about yourself. I bring that belief and curiosity to my teaching and nurture an open and accessible practice for all. Students will find a steadiness, balance and challenge in every class as well as the joy of discovery.

Decades of training and study, I am Parayoga certified in Tantra Hatha and Sri Vidya tradition, am 500 RYT with Yoga Alliance and continue studies with my teachers Rod Stryker and Pandit Rajmani Tigunait. I teach yoga for all ages, meditation, yoga nidra, and Four Desires and have worked with students to recover from injuries, grow their practice and capacity.

I am honored and blessed to be here in Vienna and part of the YogaKula community.

I am currently teaching every Tuesday 15:30 Restorative Flow and every Friday Yoga Basic classes and looking forward to seeing you in my classes!
