Come back from self-perpetuating stories to the vehicle of our breath.

Eyes open, gaze four feet ahead, good but relaxed posture, hands down on thighs where they naturally fall...breathe in, gap, breathe out. Thinking? That's okay: just notice it, acknowledge by saying "thinking" silently to yourself and return your light attention to your breath.

Problems? Dissolved. Reality? More fun and vivid.
