Workshop Overview

Join Annie for 4 days of Daily Practice and Afternoon Labs to uplift your level of Mindfulness in Asana, Transition, Breathing and Meditation. Morning practice will be strong, subtle and specific with breathing and Asana. Afternoon Labs will be a powerful mix of philosophy lecture and discussion, Asana breakdown and optimization, Transition Inquiry for alignment and efficiency, and presencing.

About Annie Carpenter & SmartFLOW Yoga

Annie Carpenter, creator of SmartFLOW Yoga, is a master teacher based in Northern California. Known as a “teacher’s teacher” she has created a well-respected system of Yoga practice and Teaching methodology. Annie’s playful personality and focused intelligence brings depth, clarity and exuberance to her classes. A committed student of Yoga for over 45 years now, Annie continues to bring her passion and curiosity, love of anatomy, evolutionary movement, meditation and classical philosophy into her teachings. Annie is the author of SmartFLOW Yoga, a complete set of practice DVDs produced by Udaya, and Yoga for Total Back Care, a DVD produced by Yoga Journal, and several SmartFLOW manuals. She contributes regularly to Yoga Journal. An influential Teacher Trainer since 2003, Annie leads 200/500 trainings and workshops globally, and at Glo.com.

Absolutely! Morning classes happen from 10:30 - 12:30. Sign up for one class, €70, or get the package deal for 4 classes, €250. Inquire about a discount via training@yogakula.at if you sign up with a friend.

Who is this training for?

This in-depth workshop is designed for experienced Yogis and Teachers. Consistent yoga practice and/or teaching experience recommended.

Will I get credits for this module?

This module will give you 25 hours towards your Advanced SmartFlow 300-hours, or Yoga Alliance CEUs.
