Workshop Overview
Join Annie for 4 days of Daily Practice and Afternoon Labs to uplift your level of Mindfulness in Asana, Transition, Breathing and Meditation. Morning practice will be strong, subtle and specific with breathing and Asana. Afternoon Labs will be a powerful mix of philosophy lecture and discussion, Asana breakdown and optimization, Transition Inquiry for alignment and efficiency, and presencing.
