You are strong in your life.
But when was the last time your body felt safe enough to soften?

This 2-hour workshop is designed for women who carry a lot — mentally, physically, emotionally — and want to feel both powerful and deeply grounded.

We begin with intelligent strength work inspired by Pilates and functional training to build stability, posture, and inner support.

From there, we shift into nervous system regulation:
– Breathwork to calm the body
– Slow mobility to release tension
– Guided meditation to soften without losing strength

You will leave feeling:
• Strong but not exhausted
• Calm but not dull
• Connected to your body

We close the afternoon with homemade banana bread and tea — because grounding also means nourishment. ✨
