This class will work on Building & Exploring Connection, Communication, Support and Intimacy through Movement, Sensation & Proprioception.
You and your partner will be guided through a series of poses and meditations, to enhance connectivity and awareness. You will assist each other in and out of postures and shapes, in a synchronized way, moving as one. Cultivating unity through matching, combining, and balancing your breathing, strength, and softness.
You are welcome to join with your partner, friend, or family member.
