We may not have much space to move, but now, more than ever, is the time to breathe.

Coming at you live from my own tiny front room, I will guide you through a short, dynamic and feel-good movement sequence followed by some simple breathing techniques. Taking just 20 minutes, these short classes are designed for those without much space, or time, to give you the essentials for a happy, healthy outlook for your day.
