It's been at least 6 weeks since the birth of your baby and you want to get moving again and become aware of your body? Together with your baby you practice simple but strengthening yoga exercises. Breathing techniques will bring relaxation.
Movement and touch will improve digestion, sleep and create bonding.
Your baby will be included in the yoga exercises as needed, resting next to you, playing and/or watching you.
Diapering or breastfeeding/bottle/feeding is easily available at any time in the class room itself or in the locker room.
This course provides an opportunity to connect with other parents, meet like-minded people, ask questions and share ideas. Little ones find it exciting to observe other babies around them and spend quality time with mom/dad.
Yoga is a wonderful and effective post-natal training and is therefore recommended by many doctors and midwives.
This course is for you if:
... your baby is at least 6 weeks old und still not in crawling age
... you have no complications after the birth
... you want to move together with your baby
... you would like to exchange ideas with like-minded people
...you enjoy doing fun exercises with your baby
... you want to consciously perceive and strengthen your body
What will you need:
waterbottle for yor
Blanket/fabric diaper for your baby
Toys, bottle, diapers, food, etc. that your baby might need in 75 minutes

5 Sessions: 95 Euro
If you can't make it to the class, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, then you can easily add the session to the next block.
