Then children's yoga is the right place for you! Playfully we learn yoga positions and improve our body awareness. Through creative breathing and relaxation exercises we promote our self-awareness and strengthen our self-confidence.
In my yoga classes it is important to me that you can be yourself. Fun, creativity, imagination and relaxation are the focus.
