Free Enso Heart Workshop

A gentle evening of slowing down, a chance to step out of the day's momentum, settle the body, and turn your attention inward toward one of the most familiar yet overlooked rhythms you carry: your own heartbeat. Through soft yoga, breath, deep relaxation and a guided heart-listening practice, you're invited simply to arrive, soften, and listen.

What is heart listening?

Heart listening is the simple practice of tuning in to your own heartbeat and the signals your body is already sending. It draws on interoception, the felt sense of your body's inner state, which is closely linked to calm, focus and emotional balance. Using the Enso Heart app, your heartbeat becomes a gentle anchor for your attention: a steady place to return to as the nervous system settles. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to get right, only to notice.

What you may notice

  • A slower mind and a calmer body
  • A nervous system that feels more settled and at ease
  • A softening of physical and emotional tension
  • A deeper sense of presence and inner awareness
  • A simple, portable way to come back to yourself, long after the evening ends

Is this for you?

This evening is for you if you:

  • Feel busy, overstimulated, or a step ahead of yourself
  • Are curious about the connection between body, heart and mind
  • Are new to meditation or interoception
  • Enjoy gentle, sensory, experiential practices
  • Want a calm and supported way to reconnect with yourself

No yoga or technology experience is needed, only curiosity.

What to expect

You'll be guided through gentle yoga and yoga nidra to help the body relax and the nervous system settle, followed by a short, clear introduction to heart listening and the connection between the heart and the nervous system. You'll then experience a 30-minute guided heart-listening practice through the Enso Heart app, lying down comfortably with your headphones. We close in a reflection circle, a warm, unhurried space to share sensations, insights and experience.

This evening is a pilot. It's our first in Vienna, and the first time we've paired heart listening with yoga, so the group is small and your experience and feedback genuinely shape where the practice goes next.

Before you come:

Please download the free Enso Heart app at home, before the workshop. You can use the QR code on the website: https://enso-heart.si/. Setting it up in advance means we can begin gently, without tech fuss on the night.

On the evening, please bring your smartphone and headphones (essential, since the heart-listening practice runs through the app), along with comfortable clothes. A blanket or eye mask is provided at the studio.

About Enso Heart

Enso Heart is a heart-listening practice and app exploring a simple idea: that learning to sense and attend to your own heartbeat can support self-regulation, calm the nervous system, and deepen the connection between body and mind. It grows through hands-on sessions like this one, part practice and part shared exploration, with the longer aim of contributing to research on interoception and well-being.

Who's guiding the evening

Nina and Ela are both part of the Enso Heart team and lead the evening together: Nina holds the yoga and deep rest, and Ela guides the heart-listening practice.

Nina Klemenčič

Nina is part of the Enso Heart team and teaches at Yogakula. Curious and movement-driven, she's fascinated by how the body and mind shape one another, and that curiosity is what drew her to heart listening. Her classes blend functional strength, mobility and fascia-informed movement with clear anatomical guidance; here she turns that attention inward, toward the breath, the nervous system and the body's capacity to settle. In this workshop, Nina guides the opening yoga and yoga nidra, holding a grounded, regulating space for the heart-listening practice that follows.

Ela Rebolj

Ela is part of the Enso Heart team, where she helps create heart-listening experiences that support self-awareness, emotional regulation and inner calm. She studied psychotherapy at Sigmund Freud University in Vienna and is currently completing her master's in Marriage and Family Studies in Ljubljana. Her work with therapeutic horse-based practices has deepened her sensitivity to presence, body awareness and emotional safety. In this workshop, Ela guides the Enso Heart practice, helping participants slow down, listen inward and connect with the quiet rhythm of the heart.
