In recent years, self-care has become a buzzword with multiple meanings.
This workshop will demystify the notion by building an personalized tool-set full of down-to-earth practices from Yoga and beyond.
What do you need to sustainably meet your physical, emotional and mental needs?
Together, we will compile a kit of exercises to help you ground and protect yourself, touching upon topics such as:
– stress management
– honoring and embodying your needs
– setting boundaries
– resting and relaxing
– letting go of patterns, things, and people that no longer serve you
The workshop will feature both active and restorative asana, meditation, affirmation, discussion, and writing.
Rosa’s hands-on approach is informed by her studies of Psychology, Philosophy, Yoga and Music.
Please bring a journal and a pen.
