Restorative Yoga Workshop

Spend the afternoon doing something great for yourself.
Relaxation is the antidote to stress and this workshop will leave you completely relaxed. By shifting the nervous system we shift our perspective, opening up to a healthier and more balanced experience. Taking time out for ourselves is the best way to stay refreshed in life.
By using props to support the body in passive poses and finding comfort we are able to stay in each pose long enough to let go and find silence. Most importantly, you will have time to care for yourself and experience true rest.
Restorative Yoga is a wonderful compliment to an active practice, balancing the energy in the body.
It is also a perfect practice if you are new to meditation, dealing with stress or recovering from illness and injury.
This course is open to students of all levels and recommended for pregnant women.
