Mindful Yoga Flow for Chakra activation

Our energy is constantly moving - shaped by how we think, feel, move, and live.
In our daily lives, stress, emotions, habits, and experiences can cause tension - not only in the body, but also in the way our energy moves.
When life gets busy or overwhelming, that flow can become blocked, leaving us feeling drained or out of sync. Over time, this may gradually show up as fatigue, scattered focus, or a sense of disconnection. 
 
In yoga, these areas of tension are often associated with the chakras — energy centers that run along the spine, each connected to different physical, emotional, and mental qualities. When energy flows freely through these centers, we tend to feel more grounded, clear, and alive - relaxed in the body, yet refreshed and energized.
 
This special class begins with a mindful yoga flow designed to gently open and activate each chakra through movement, breath, and awareness. The poses are accessible and focus on releasing stored tension and encouraging ease in the body.
From there, we'll settle into a guided meditation, bringing awareness to each chakra and allowing the effects of the practice to integrate - helping you reconnect with your energy and bring it back into balance.
 
This experience is suitable for anyone - whether you’re new to the concept of chakras or already familiar with energy work.
It is an invitation to move, feel, and reconnect - exactly as you are.
