This Open class will bring you to a state of curious availability to the mystery at the heart of who you are. Expect a standing practice with some surprises, to offer you a new level of buoyancy and openness.
Saturday 5 May 9.30 – 12.00 Art of Attention: Elevation
This Open class will create the conditions for grounding to elevate, landing to fly. Using more subtlety and power your feet and legs, find foundation to fortify your capacity to reach high – in all you do.
Saturday 5 May 14.00 – 16.30 Art of Attention: Revolution
This Open class will help you locate yourself as the center and capably see the circumference. Use Twists, Hip Openers and then calming postures and meditation to create a revolution in your body, your cells and your thinking.
Sunday 6 May 9.30 – 12.00 Art of Attention: Grace
This Open class provokes your potential for grace and elegance. Expect a strong, well-aligned flow to raise your resonance, open the interior spaces, and usher in your highest grace for meditation.
Sunday 6 May 14.00 – 16.30 Art of Attention: Light
This Open class will amplify your light and brighten your energy. Expect to move, sweat, align and then explore a sequence of Yin postures and Yoga Nidra to leave you in a state of restful, steady awareness.
