with Joey Robinson
10 – 12 November 2017
What if you started scheduling your priorities, instead of prioritizing your schedule?
What would your life look like if it centered on the things that bring you joy?
This workshop explores the concept of authenticity and different ways we can undermine it by ‘giving away our power’. These ideas connect to asana practice, but they also extend beyond it, embedding what we do on the mat in a wider vision of what it means to step into our power. As such, this workshop welcomes participants interested in taking their yoga into the relationships and challenges of everyday life.
